You’re far from alone. One of the best things to do when you feel this way is to talk to people who have been through or are going through the same thing; often we’re able to encourage others more easily than we can encourage ourselves.
I made an Art Forum thread for that purpose and I’m happy to say it’s been somewhat successful; try posting and someone will likely have a thoughtful reply.

Maybe just me, but when I get that way, it helps to do something to remember the fun of drawing. Like Gartic.io or something. Dopamine boost!
